A Luxury Marquee Wedding at Pynes House Devon

Katie & Billy’s wedding was jam-packed with dreamy pastels tones and luxury statement florals…

Prepare yourself for some seriously beautiful wedding inspiration! Katie & Billy had an early summer country house wedding at Pynes House in Devon. It was a fun, modern and romantic day which made the most of both the indoor and outdoor settings at this incredible venue.

Pynes House in Devon was the perfect backdrop for this wonderful wedding day. It started with champagne flowing in the bedrooms and a flurry of hair and makeup. I enjoyed capturing all of Katie’s beautiful details, including her bouquet by The Roseshed which had an incredible scent of sweet peas and roses.

They chose an indoor ceremony in the Ballroom, with luxurious wild and textured florals lining the aisle. It was the prettiest colour scheme; crisp whites with pastel blues, pinks and purples. The bridesmaids wore a contrasting fuchsia pink which added to the summer vibe. After the ceremony, the newlyweds enjoyed drinks and canapés with their guests in the Rose Garden. The wisteria was in full bloom and looked beautiful!

The marquee was light and bright, they really brought the outdoors in with their fabulous statement floral installation. Each table was named after a special location and dotted with pastel tapered candles. After toasts, food and lots of laughter with their guests, they enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour ahead of an outfit change and first dance back inside the house.
